Vegetable Pancake Roulade
A herb pancake layered with sweet tomato paste, celeriac and carrot puree, rolled up, baked and served on a bed of char grilled asparagus spears, accompanied by a warm lemon flavoured creme fraiche sauce

 

This event will be a formally served ‘sit-down’ candlelight dinner in the splendid historic surroundings of St John’s College dining hall, an absolutely memorable evening.
