Pre-registration is now closed. Further information about registration is still available on-line or through the AAS office in Washington DC.On-site registration will be available at the meeting (see below).
Registrations received by 22 July 2005 are eligible for discounted registration fees. The deadline for regular meeting registration is 19 August 2005. If your meeting registration will not be received by 19 August 2005 you should register for the meeting on-site. There is no extra charge for registering on-site.
However, you CANNOT arrange ACCOMMODATION at colleges on-site. You must arrange your accommodation by 19 August 2005 if you are planning on staying at Robinson or St. John's Colleges. FRIDAY 19 AUGUST 2005 is the latest date on which we will accept accommodation bookings.
The on-site Registration desk will be at the entrance to the Concert Hall of the Music School. The desk will be open as follows:

Guests (accompanying persons)
Guests who pay the modest guest registration fee will be issued with badges and can attend the opening reception. Guests who choose not to register for the meeting may nevertheless book college accommodation. Couples or groups wishing to share sets or twin rooms should make it clear on the booking form with whom they wish to share. Guests must be named even if not formally registered.
