POSSIBLE HST SUPPLEMENTARY PROPOSALS: A CLARIFICATION FROM STSCI

The last DPS circular included a description of a potential
Supplementary Call for HST Proposals. This document, which was not
intended for general circulation, was drafted before the initial
switch to Side B operations on October 15th. Since that time,
circumstances have changed. Supplementary programs may still be
required, but the details for any such call will be issued directly by
STScI.
