FEDERAL RELATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATE
The new and improved FRS website is now on-line. You can get there from
the DPS home page (http://www.aas.org/dps/dps.html) or
directly (http://www.boulder.swri.edu/frs). It provides easy
access to current information about the FRS, NASA and Federal budget
issues, links to congressional information and recent hearings, recent
worthy reading, and links to other sources of information.
As a reminder, the DPS Committee solicits your nominations for two
additional members of the FRS by April 12. A short paragraph describing
the nominee's qualifications, and a certification that the nominee
would be willing to serve, are all that are required. Self-nominations
are welcome as well. Please submit nominations to the
DPS Chair: rfrench @ wellesley.edu.

JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS
The job announcement function on the DPS home page has been disabled,
due to the Secretary's receiving large numbers of advertisements for
online casinos and other non-DPS matters. Job announcements (which
should be listed with the AAS) can still be sent to the Secretary
at the address below.
