DPS MEETING NOTES: PRESENTATIONS AND COMPUTERS
Scientific posters are 1.2m by 1.2m (4' by 4'). Posters will go
up Monday morning and be up for the entire week. The exhibition
hall will have wall-to-wall wireless access, which is a reason to
bring your laptop. The meeting rooms have a house PC and Mac
each with MS Office (no Internet access in the meeting rooms),
which is a reason to leave your laptop at home and just bring a
jump (thumb) drive (but please plan to use your laptop if you
have any special software or hardware requirements).

CHILDCARE OPTIONS AT DPS MEETING
DPS attendees or potential attendees interested in childcare
options at the Louisville meeting please contact the LOC
([email protected]) by September 30. Following DPS
tradition, the cost will be passed on to the parents, but an
affordable playroom opportunity exists (instead of just babysitting)
if enough children are coming.

BREAKFAST WITH THE CHAIRS AT DPS
Graduate students and postdocs attending the DPS meeting are
cordially invited to have breakfast with the current, previous,
and next DPS Chairs. This is a great opportunity to discuss
the future of planetary science, get the inside scoop, and
enjoy a free hot breakfast on the DPS tab. The location is
the Terrace Suite (Level 1.5), 7:15-8:15am. Please sign up in
advance via the meeting website. Click on the "students" button.
There is a limit of 12 students each morning.
