RANDY TUFTS 1948-2002

With great sadness I must inform you that Randy Tufts died Monday April 
1, from complications that followed from his bone marrow transplant in 
late 2000.  Randy's life was full of discovery, from Kartchner Caverns 
in Arizona through his contributions in Planetary Sciences, especially 
his work on Europa.  An extraordinary person, he will be deeply missed.
